What a year!

Unless you've been in a coma for the past 12 months, you have some inkling of what 2020 has meant to the human population in general.

Despite the craziness, we've actually had a great year.  

We are always inspired and humbled by you, our customers.  You absolutely LOVE your dogs.    We thank you for being amazing dog owners, for thinking of your dogs first, for feeding them the best way you know how, for continuing to do everything you can to make their lives beautiful. 

 

We thought we would share a few highlights from this year with you.

 

New Kitchen!

This year we decided to open a store. Right.Before.The.Pandemic.Hit.  We needed to do that to get all the official certifications from the state, which we would have never got back in the garage. And we did! 

We have all our certs and many of you have seen our new super clean kitchen that Javi is so proud of.   Here he is having fun in the kitchen.

 

  

We Launched our Chunky Meals!

What's better than Javi's Gravy? Javi's Gravy with big chunks of meat and eggs!  Our new chunky meal is a hit and we are selling out every batch. 

 

Great Retail Space for You To Come and Visit!

We have seen so many of you in person at the store and even had a visit from dog celeb Ms. Breeze (Michiko LOVES her!)

 

 

We feel better in our new store, there’s more space, and Javi absolutely loves it when you stop by. 

 

New Website!

We were fortunate enough to get a stimulus grant from the government in June and we turned that around into a new website that is hosted on Shopify.  

This site speaks to who we are, our why, and also is primed for higher volume sales.  The best thing about it is that it has an awesome customer portal where you can go and change your items, skip a month, cancel, …anything you need.

Those of you who were recurring via paypal from our previous site, don't worry, we are still honoring those commitments.  If you'd like, we can move you over to the new site, which has all those cool, flexible options.
